For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the position of Business Engineer at senior level (from 5 years) starting from 01.11.2025 .
Main tasks:
- Support in the final project phase with a focus on quality assurance/testing.
- Execution and coordination of tests (functional tests, acceptance tests) to ensure project requirements.
- Close cooperation with the specialist department, identification, analysis, and documentation of deviations as well as support in finding solutions.
Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business engineering/testing, preferably with a financial service provider or an insurance company.
- Ideally experience in the area of personal/risk insurance and a solid understanding of the corresponding processes.
- Careful, independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style, even with complex content.
- Quick comprehension and ability to familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.
- Communicative, positive, and open personality with a team player mentality.
- Experience in testing is a must.
- Participation in an agile project environment or DevOps team as well as with other stakeholders such as product management and external providers.
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency
- English: B2 – Upper Intermediate – First (FCE)
