Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Turner for Temporary Assignment

Activities

Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of multi-axis CNC lathes
Programming and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
Working with Siemens controls
Manufacturing of individual parts and small to medium series according to drawings
Monitoring manufacturing processes and performing quality controls
Troubleshooting and continuous process optimization
Maintenance and care of machines and equipment
Participation in the introduction of new processes and technologies

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
Several years of experience in CNC turning, ideally on multi-axis machines
Very good knowledge in programming with Mastercam
Experience with Siemens controls
Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
