- Create and implement varied and balanced menus adapted to the needs of the establishment's customers.
- Constantly maintain high quality standards: production, presentation, taste, hygiene, and food safety.
- Unite, motivate, and develop your team through inspiring leadership, supporting employees in their progress, conducting constructive interviews (feedback, evaluations, etc.), and leading briefings and meetings to ensure cohesion and performance.
- Manage orders, stocks, and goods receipts, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Contribute to the organization of culinary events and support the establishment's promotional activities.
- Respect budgets and optimize resources while maintaining the quality and creativity of culinary productions.
- Complete training as a chef with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) and a head chef diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with management experience
- Experience in collective catering and high-end gastronomy
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent command of French and English
- Good communication skills, ability to assert yourself while being team-oriented
- Passion for the chef profession and enjoyment in customer contact, sense of organization and responsibility

At the IMD (International Institute for Management Development) staff restaurant, you are part of a team of 35 employees. Together, you will surprise about 500 guests every day. The restaurant is open every day, Monday to Sunday, and you will also be required to work evenings and weekends.
