As a Production Planner / Controller (m/f/d), you will become part of the "Order Control" team at our company location in Rheinbreitbach (near Cologne, Bonn, Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, Hennef, Koblenz). In this role, you will work closely with employees from the System Technology and Sales departments.
We intend to fill this position as a part-time role (Monday-Friday) initially on a fixed-term basis, but with the prospect of conversion to a permanent employment contract.
These are your tasks- Your main task is the timely planning and control of orders for the development and production of machines and equipment.
- You are responsible for creating, structuring, and tracking orders using our ERP system SAP.
- You initiate the order process and monitor deadlines.
- In coordination with your contacts, you plan the capacities for production.
- In case of deviations or bottlenecks, you initiate measures to resolve them.
- You plan product changes as well as product launches and discontinuations in coordination with the affected departments and implement them in our ERP system SAP.
- You regularly check, optimize, and maintain disposition data in our ERP system SAP. For this, you monitor the demand and inventory situation.
- Completed vocational training (technical or commercial)
- Knowledge regarding the assembly and commissioning of machines or systems is desirable
- Knowledge in production and material requirements planning and their mapping in an ERP system is desirable
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills are desirable
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, and careful working style
- Teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
