Customer Success Employee (80-100%)
As a Customer Success Employee at kitAdmin, you are a central part of our support team and the first point of contact for our clients in the childcare sector. With your communicative nature and your sensitivity to customer needs, you present our software in a friendly manner to potential new clients. After a successful contract signing, you guide them step by step through the implementation and support them in utilizing the full potential of our solution – competently, patiently, and always at eye level. You quickly understand processes, think in workflows, and enjoy independently familiarizing yourself with new topics. Whether during the presentation of our software, the onboarding of new clients, or in daily support – you keep an overview and tackle tasks with initiative and a clear focus on practical solutions. You also feel confident working with Excel – whether it's modeling complex rates with nested formulas, using pivot tables, or handling structured lists. You bring the necessary understanding to efficiently and independently master even complex tasks.
Your area of work is diverse: You operate in the tension between sales and customer care, represent our company externally, and ensure that our clients always feel well taken care of. You reliably and solution-oriented handle inquiries and reports of issues – with the goal of providing quick help and sustainable solutions.
Furthermore, you develop our internal knowledge management so that our team can access all relevant information at any time. Our online help center is also part of your responsibilities: You write helpful guides, answer frequently asked questions, and ensure that new features are thoroughly tested and clearly documented. In this way, you actively contribute to continuously improving our service and elevating customer satisfaction to a new level.
We expect from you
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Interest and sensitivity for sales topics
- You communicate confidently in German and fluently in French
- You have technical understanding and recognize logical connections in work processes – this way, you quickly find your way around our application
- Good IT user skills, especially with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- You enjoy putting yourself in the customers' shoes and supporting them competently
- Structured and goal-oriented working style as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
- You work reliably, resiliently, and solution-oriented
- You have a quick grasp, show initiative and motivation
- You ideally bring expertise in childcare (e.g., management, back office, or accounting)
