Your Impact
- Advise domestic and international financial service providers on Non-Financial Risk topics and new regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA Circular 2023/1 Operational Risks and Resilience, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), EU AI Act, etc.).
- Support our clients in making their risk management processes in the area of Non-Financial Risk, such as ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), IKS (Internal Control System), TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), Data Management, more effective and efficient with your knowledge.
- Conduct regulatory-driven gap/impact analyses and derive recommendations for action.
- Check compliance with supervisory requirements regarding operational risk management at financial service providers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- Lead project teams, identify new trends, address current topics, and design, present, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for our clients.
- Continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
- Work in an inspiring team within an international network and regularly receive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
Your Skill Set
- Completed studies in economics or law, banking & finance, or a comparable qualification, possibly supplemented by further training in Non-Financial Risk topics.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing operational risks (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defence) in the financial industry, auditing, and/or consulting.
- Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience.
- Experience in leading and coaching employees.
- Proficient stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
- Used to working independently even in complex and time-critical situations, with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. French skills are an advantage.
