Polymechanic - Specialization Assembly

• Construction and adaptation of project-specific test rigs for turbo compressors
• Precise placement and alignment of components in the machine train (engine, gearbox, compressor)
• Construction of stable foundations from steel beams and tension cubes
• Integration of auxiliary systems (lubricating oil, sealing systems) with hoses and pipelines
• Assembly & disassembly of test specimens for tests, inspections, and fault analyses
• Support during hot commissioning and customer acceptance (approx. 1 week/month, evenings)
• Flexible deployment in other areas such as pipe assembly, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ (specialization assembly) (mandatory)
• Experience in large machine or plant construction is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of mechanical processing
• Experience or interest in handling heavy loads & bridge crane (radio-controlled)
• Team player with initiative and sense of responsibility
