Your Tasks
- General administrative tasks
- Organization of routine examinations
- Collaboration with the school administration
- Invoicing and dunning, debt collection in cooperation with the finance department of the city of Dietikon
- Recall monitoring
- Preparation of statistics / budgeting
- Participation in the educational training of the trainees
- Monitoring of occupational safety and QSS
- Support in the sterilization area
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a dental assistant, additional training in practice administration / dental secretary
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics / practice administration
- Empathy and joy in dealing with children and adolescents
- Team spirit and willingness to serve
