Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the assigned applications and services from planning through further development to quality assurance
• Ensuring availability, stability, and ongoing operation of the responsible services
• Providing 1st and 2nd level support as well as coordinating 3rd level support with external partners
• Planning, testing, and acceptance of releases, patches, and new features as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
• Analysis of operational processes as well as recording and implementing requirements from the specialist departments
• Leading or supporting IT projects and ensuring thorough testing of all deliverables before productive deployment

Profile

• Solid knowledge in healthcare, especially in the area of clinical information systems (CIS), as well as experience with common ERP systems such as SAP
• Solid knowledge in project and process management
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• High quality orientation as well as pronounced cost awareness
• Networked personality with confident appearance in collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Commitment to keeping the applications both content-wise and methodologically up-to-date and market-compliant
