For our trainee program from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated personality with a flair for numbers as Trainee Asset Management Real Estate Direct (w/m/d).

During the trainee program, you will have the opportunity to visit five different departments with a focus on asset management. After the first 5 months in Asset Management Real Estate Direct, you will continue to work 50% in asset management and 50% in the other departments:

1. Asset Management Real Estate Direct (5 months 100%, then 50%)

First, you will spend 5 months in asset management. Here you will learn how to manage a portfolio, define and implement property strategies, lease commercial spaces, and calculate rent adjustments. Asset management will be your longest assignment at the SFP Group.

2. Construction Management & Development (3 months 50%)

In construction management, you will get to know material and color concepts, see how to analyze floor plans, and experience the process of renovation or new construction. In addition, there are insights into our sustainability promotion.

In development, you will gain insight into parcel assessments and learn how to prepare investment calculations, utilization, and income value calculations. You will see market and competitor analysis and also get to know market screening.

3. Transaction Management (3 months 50%)

The acquisition team will show you how to prepare purchase applications or the data room and how to create acquisition reporting and conduct acquisition and divestment processes.

4. Asset Management Real Estate Indirect and Corporate Finance/Capital Markets (1 month 100%)

During one month, you can get a glimpse into the indirect real estate department as well as corporate finance/capital markets and get to know their areas of activity.

• University degree in business by the start of the internship, ideally with a real estate focus
• First professional experience in the real estate industry
