The municipality of Teufen – an exciting employer for around 350 employees from the areas of retirement and nursing homes, education, general administration, external organizations such as Spitex and fire department – is looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as
HR Specialist Payroll, Consulting & Recruitment 80 – 100%
This position actively supports the team in personnel services and takes on a responsible role with the following tasks:
Payroll processing
Support, consulting and recruitment
- Handling payroll processing for our approx. 350 employees from the areas of administration, education, teachers as well as other organizations affiliated with the municipality for which we take over payroll processing
- Handling social insurances (withholding tax, pension fund, AHV, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance, family allowance fund)
- Year-end work (declarations)
- Monthly reconciliation in cooperation with the finance administration for payroll accounting
- Responsibility for an assigned area/department
- Recruitment of new employees
- Consulting supervisors and employees on questions regarding the employment relationship
- Responsibility for the training of our 6 commercial apprentices in cooperation with the trainers
- Independent handling of administrative tasks
- Support in managing the time recording system, creation of employment contracts and work certificates
- Administration and maintenance of the recruitment system
- Ensuring representation within the team
What we wish for
- Completed commercial training and further education in Human Resource Management (HR specialist with federal diploma) or social insurance (social insurance specialist with federal diploma) or payroll expert
- Experience and knowledge in personnel management, with a focus on payroll, social and personal insurances
- Initial experience in support, consulting and recruitment of employees
- IT affinity and ideally knowledge in handling the systems Infoma 4 / LOBOS or willingness to learn them.
