Your tasks
- Telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
- Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potentials
- Identifying optimizations in processes and services as well as triaging to the appropriate specialist departments
- Taking care of our customers with a lot of passion and dedication
- Daily demonstration of empathy and friendliness
Your profile
- Commercial banking apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in (telephone) customer consulting
- You have the ability to recognize customer potentials and enjoy finding suitable solutions
- You convince with your affinity for technology and multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Good spoken Italian, French, or Spanish skills – any additional language is an advantage
