Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way to training, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented to the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.
We are looking for employees (retirees are also welcome) immediately or by arrangement to support the participants in our socio-pedagogical residential groups as well as in the APPISBERG hospitality.
Night on-call service paid hourly
The number of nights can be individually contractually agreed upon
Your Tasks
- Covering night and morning shifts
- Active duty times: Sunday from 8:00 p.m. to midnight, Monday to Thursday 10:00 p.m. to midnight
- Active duty time in the morning: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Between midnight and 6:00 a.m. rest time on site, deployment only in emergencies (flat-rate compensation)
- Mutual substitution during vacation and sick leave absences
- First contact person in emergencies
- Responsible for safety on the premises, e.g., in case of fire
- Handling simple administrative tasks (e.g., journal keeping, entries in the client database)
You Bring
- Completed training as a FaGe Psychiatry or studies (completed or final semester) in Social Work HF/FH or Social Pedagogy HF/FH or similar is desired
- Experience in on-call service is an advantage
- Empathetic, benevolent, and resource-oriented interaction with participants
- Independent and responsible work with a sense of humor
- High resilience, emotional competence, and ability to act, especially in emergency situations
