At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards residential and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term residential areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

We are looking for a humorous person for our location tilia Wittigkofen, starting immediately or by arrangement.Your Task
- Leadership and competence-based work planning of a team of around 20 employees
- Responsibility for the care and support of approximately 35 residents in your residential area (together with the responsible care support assigned to you)
- Active participation in care and contact with residents and relatives
Our Requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (or equivalent SRK recognized diploma), RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience and completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Resident-oriented, responsible, and assertive personality with a high quality mindset and awareness of economic contexts
