To complete its team, the Faculty of Business and Economics for its teaching and student affairs service is looking for a Bachelor advisor
Job-related information
Start date: April 1 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Activity rate: 60% (possibility of 90% to be discussed)
Workplace: Lausanne Dorigny
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Advise and support students during their studies in the Bachelor and Minor in Management programs
- Advise and support elite athletes and part-time students
- Manage Bachelor appeals and the admission process based on file and preliminary admission exams, and improve internal processes
- Promote our study programs to increase the Faculty's prestige
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Master's degree in management or economics required
- Several years of experience in the relevant field of study, preferably in a university environment
- Positivity, team spirit, customer service orientation, and empathy
- Openness to change, good listening and communication skills (written and oral)
- Professionalism, rigor, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of French and English (written and oral)
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel, Word, and Acrobat Pro
