Head of IT Switzerland (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your tasks
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Swiss IT team (5 employees)
Ensuring stable IT operations and continuous improvement of user support and processes
Implementation and management of central IT projects in close coordination with the Director IT DACH and the corporate headquarters
Management of local IT projects and close collaboration with international IT colleagues
Ensuring compliance with group standards in the areas of security, software, network, and infrastructure
Budget planning, control, and monitoring for the Swiss IT area
Modernization of the IT infrastructure according to corporate guidelines and support of cloud migration
Contract negotiations and management of external service providers
Documentation and continuous optimization of processes and projects
Your profile
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a leading IT role, ideally in an international environment
Solid technical expertise in infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies combined with practical experience in the introduction and use of group-wide software solutions
Experience in staff management, project management, and service provider control
Very good German and English skills (French skills are an advantage)
Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and team spirit
Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and abroad
