Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of business strategies for market expansion (offline & online).
- Management and coordination of the stores and the webshop to ensure smooth operations.
- Recruitment, development, and motivation of teams to promote a performance-oriented corporate culture.
- Budget responsibility, cost optimization, and ensuring profitability.
- Development of targeted marketing and CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Optimization of digital processes in the webshop and introduction of modern technologies.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, commerce, marketing, or an equivalent commercial education preferred.
- Sufficient leadership experience in retail with store structure and online business.
- Proven success in increasing sales and earnings.
- Solid knowledge in e-commerce & digital marketing.
- Inspiring leadership personality with empathy and high social competence.
- Clear and convincing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of business management contexts (P&L responsibility).
- Confident handling of key figures. Analytical competence & decisiveness.
- Knowledge in store logistics and inventory management.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Flexibility: high adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent German and English skills.
