Start date: From July 1, 2026 or by arrangement
- You ensure a target group-appropriate and attractive "state-of-the-art" web presence of ZHAW and thus support the marketing of our offerings as well as reputation building
- You take on the professional responsibility for the website zhaw.ch as well as the cross-departmental management of communication and marketing content as well as web topics/applications and work closely with ICT
- You focus on the further development of the website (UX/UI, structured data, branding implementation) and work in the corresponding project teams
- You professionally lead the online managers in the departments ("train-the-trainer") and lead WebKomm, the exchange forum of the online managers
- Together with the online managers, you develop guidelines, training materials, and other documentation and ensure cross-departmental quality and success measurement
- You optimize website texts for the cross-departmental area of the website in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- You lead the project for the digital accessibility of the website
- You technically support the blog platform
- You act as deputy for the Internal Platform Lead
- You are a committed, humorous, and resilient personality with fresh ideas and a hands-on mentality who wants to make a difference, possess diplomatic sensitivity, assertiveness, and a high service orientation, and are a team player
- You know what makes good (online) communication and are well versed in state-of-the-art web design, CMS (ideally TYPO3), structured data, accessibility, data protection, SEO, and statistics (Siteimprove and Matomo)
- You can inspire others with your ideas, have a quick grasp, and work independently
- You think and act strategically, have very good skills in conception and project management, and are familiar with agile working methods
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role in a larger company, in the education sector, or in administration
- Your work is based on a solid education/training in (online) communication/marketing
- You have very good German and English skills
