To strengthen our team and continue the company's development, we are looking for a manager responsible for managing a large portfolio as well as representing Vaudoise with our partners.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• You are a dynamic personality, well integrated and recognized in the world of brokers in French-speaking Switzerland.
• You independently lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team composed of broker advisors, account managers, and internal staff in charge of broker services and various partners.
• You actively participate in numerous cross-functional projects related to brokers, partners, and digitalization.

What makes you unique:

• You hold a university degree, a federal insurance certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
• French is your native language and you have good knowledge of German.
• You have several years of experience in team management.
• Endowed with natural leadership, you inspire, lead by example, and support the development of your employees.
• You know how to provide a clear vision and make decisions.
• Organized, committed, and with a positive mindset, you are proactive with a strong customer orientation.
• Open to change, you easily adapt to a transforming environment, notably thanks to digital development.
• Recognized and well integrated in the brokerage world, you naturally assert yourself within a motivated team.
