Finance & Controlling Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level (according to OR)
• Support for group-wide forecasts and liquidity planning
• Collaboration on the consolidation of group companies
• Coordination & preparation of VAT returns
• Control and monitoring of rebates as well as external services (temporary staff & subcontractors)
• Review of final invoices & preparation of project guarantees
• Support in preparing audit documents
• Handling claims and coordination with insurance companies
• Participation in the development and further improvement of risk management and internal control systems (ICS)
• Collaboration in project controlling and support of operational units

Your profile:

• Completed training in finance and accounting or fiduciary (federal specialist certificate or higher education such as federal diploma in auditing, fiduciary expert, or certified expert in accounting and controlling)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or mandate management level in fiduciary services
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office, Excel, BI tools
• Experience in auditing internal control systems (ICS) (advantageous)
• Team player, hands-on mentality, and proactive attitude
• Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility
• Partnership-based communication with responsible project managers and departments
