The Office for Finance (www.llv.li/af) manages the financial accounting of the Liechtenstein National Administration, prepares the national accounts, and coordinates the financial planning processes. Furthermore, we manage operational liquidity, participate in the administration of national assets, and support the government and offices in financial and budgetary law matters.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Formal invoice verification
- Processing of accounts payable documents analog and digital
- Maintenance of accounts payable master data
- Handling written and telephone inquiries
- Occasional support at the cash counter
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized by the following for this position:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in accounts payable accounting
- Solid experience with accounting systems
