Operator Blister Packaging in 3-Shift Operation (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility
Setting up/providing room, systems, and equipment Carrying out room and line releases in the specialist area
Setting and starting up the UPS 5 blister machine, the HAPA foil printing, the cartoner, the OCS coding system, and the case packers
Continuous monitoring of the blister process and blister quality in primary packaging
Monitoring the cartoning process, coding, aggregation and serialization, and the case packer process, labeling of outer cartons, and correct execution of palletizing, including labeling Carrying out / recording IPC controls and checking compliance with specifications
Independent execution and documentation of all foil changes
GMP-compliant recording on paper and using IT systems Compliance with safety, GMP, and hygiene regulations, management and control of logbooks for rooms and systems
Your profile
Completed vocational training in the packaging or food industry is an advantage
At least 1 year of production experience in the packaging or food industry, ideally in 3-shift work
Experience working with semi- and fully automatic production machines in the packaging industry
Good technical understanding and experience with IT systems
Experience in manufacturing/packaging in a GMP environment Collegial and respectful interaction with the team
Confident German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
