At the heart of the economy! This is where we operate at the Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zurich, processing over 70,000 business cases every year with our 75 employees. We are responsible for all registrations of companies based in the Canton of Zurich and ensure transparency and legal certainty in business transactions.
Do you like pace, clear processes, and direct contact? From February or by arrangement, you will be the first point of contact as a Customer Service Clerk 80-100% for founders, trustees, lawyers, and anyone who wants to clarify something in the commercial register.
These tasks await you
- You advise customers at the counter, by phone, and in writing, explaining the registration process clearly.
- You carry out signature authentications and reliably handle cash transactions.
- You process orders for commercial register extracts and other documents, including certification and billing.
- You organize incoming mail and file inspection, ensuring everything ends up in the right place.
- You support registration transactions and help ensure smooth data transfer to the Federal Commercial Register Office.
- You contribute ideas on how to further simplify and digitize processes.
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training/business school with at least three years of professional experience, ideally in customer service.
- Enjoyment in contact with people, even when it gets hectic, plus a friendly, clear demeanor.
- You like working in a team (12 people in a rotation system), are reliable, and keep an overview.
- You work independently, remain service-oriented, and bring a great deal of commitment.
- Very good German spoken and written, good English. French is a plus.
- You are digitally above average: you master MS Office very confidently and navigate various systems, data masks, and complex IT applications with ease.
