About the job
Steinhölzli Educational Paths offers young adults with special structural needs training and support for professional and social integration. We are looking for someone starting July 1 or by arrangement:
As a committed individual, you will accompany learners in residential settings towards as independent a lifestyle as possible.
What to expect:

- Intervision group.
- Regular team meetings.
- Free on weekends and public holidays (alternating Sunday evening duty).
- Salary according to cantonal guidelines.
You bring with you:
- Training in the educational field.
- Enjoy working with young adults aged between 15-25 years.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside usual hours, in the morning and evening (including night duty). The workload spread over up to 4 days is not a problem for you (weekends off).
- You have a confident, exemplary demeanor and are able to recognize, assess, and respond appropriately to conflict situations, both in group and individual conversations.
- You have good household skills and enjoy applying them. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed daily part.
- You can set boundaries and have a professional understanding of closeness and distance.
- You like to work resource- and solution-oriented.
- You are a responsible, resilient, and humorous personality with assertiveness.
- You enjoy working independently, goal-oriented, and bring experience in professional everyday support of young adults.
