Social Pedagogue or Certified Nurse 60% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Support for children and adolescents who are in a challenging situation
- Work with reference persons
- Promotion of children and adolescents in relationship building
- Planning and implementation of leisure activities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, authorities as well as internal and external specialists
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the inpatient sector with children/adolescents
- Resilient, proactive, communicative, humorous and team-oriented personality
