Flying Chef I Flying Chef (m / f / x) - Vienna, Austria

During the training in the Vienna gourmet kitchen, you will get to know the DO&CO team, the variety of our products, and the DO&CO philosophy. You will accompany our training team on instructional flights on board our airline customer. After successful completion, your culinary world tour begins.

Area of responsibility:

• On long-haul flights to North America and Asia, you are responsible for the preparation and presentation of the Business Class menus.
• You advise Business Class passengers on meal choices and take individual requests
• You ensure a smooth process of the preparation work in the galley and represent DO&CO on board
• Between the various trips, you also repeatedly work together with your DO&CO colleagues in our gourmet kitchen in Vienna as well as at national and international events

• You have completed chef training and have some professional experience
• You live in Vienna or can reach Vienna International Airport within a maximum of 1.5 hours
• High willingness to travel is a matter of course for you, and you are open to discovering new countries and cultures
• You are quality-conscious and can handle stressful situations confidently
• You impress with a neat appearance, professional manners, and enjoy direct contact with guests
• You have excellent German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
