- You manage a team of about 13 customer advisors and are responsible for their technical and organizational development.
- Achieving sales and customer loyalty goals are essential factors in your work.
- Thanks to a high quality of service and advice, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction by constantly developing the support offer.
- With strong motivation, you handle the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and loyalty measures.
- You design, organize, and conduct targeted commercial prospecting activities.
What we expect from you
- Training as a sales specialist, sales manager, or in business administration, already holding the title of AFA insurance intermediary
- Several years of experience in the insurance sector (health)
- Proven experience in managing and developing employees
- Strong decision-making skills and assertive personality with a strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and German
