Skills
- Completed IT training or extensive IT experience required.
- Strong knowledge of applications and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills in German, English, and French.

What you will do here
- Co-responsible for a smooth, functioning servicedesk (1st level)
- Receive, classify and process fault reports, questions and change requests by phone or ticketing tool
- Advise, support and instruct users on IT topics, as well as participate in the training of apprentices
- Publish maintenance and fault reports
- Monitor pending fault cases including quality control and documentation of the solution process
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or many years of proven IT experience
- Several years of experience as a supporter with direct user contact in an IT servicedesk
- Sound knowledge of applications and operating systems (Microsoft and Apple)
- Outgoing personality with quick comprehension, initiative, high reliability and strong service and customer orientation
- Very good oral and written language skills in German, good knowledge of English and French
