Your contribution
- Responsible for operational Underwriting in the P&C Corporate sector in Ticino and its key performance indicators, such as profitability and growth
- Management of the Corporate Underwriting operational units (Property insurance, Liability insurance, Personal insurance and Transport insurance)
- Leadership, support and development of management leaders and collaborators
- Active participation in various projects within corporate business (digitalization, product development, process improvement, etc.)
- Ensure a comprehensive customer view across all different insurance branches
- Ensure optimal collaboration with distribution (sales network) and other units
- Budget responsibility for the sector

Your skills and talents
- Experience managing a medium-sized sector, with proven leadership and change management skills
- Strong market knowledge, customer orientation and decision-making ability
- High know-how in insurance techniques and/or Underwriting
- Strategic and analytical skills, as well as a strong affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude and solution orientation
- Fluent knowledge of Italian (native language); excellent command of German and English is a plus
