The central reservations department is responsible for processing booking requests and payment receipts for room reservations for all our hotel locations.

* maintain and check reservations in the system, ensure their completeness, and adjust data according to internal guidelines
* participate in quality assurance, perform standard checks on payments, invoices, no-shows, and cancellations
* process reservation requests according to our policies and support the implementation of processes
* carefully maintain guest and customer data and ensure everything is up to date and correct
* are the contact person for guests, corporate clients, and OTAs for standard inquiries and support individual booking requests
* ensure friendly, service-oriented communication across all Ruby channels
* work closely with the guest service and hotel teams and support your team members with reservation-related questions

* have already gained your first experience in a comparable position, for example at the front office or in reservations
* have a warm and friendly demeanor and your communication skills make you shine in every interaction
* think analytically, act methodically, and bring a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
* like to take things into your own hands and convince with a high degree of initiative
* recognize guest needs and love to explore new ways and question the status quo
* are well versed in the MS Office universe and have already worked with one or another reservation system
* master the German and English languages flawlessly, both spoken and written
