Together with the production specialist, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Taking responsibility: Responsible for the agogic mission of the connection technology group, accompanying, checking, and optimizing work executions
• Leadership with heart: Fairly assigning, promoting, and strengthening employees with assistance needs
• Leadership: Understanding people with disabilities, empathetic and correct manners/communication
• Technology/Processes: Good technical understanding and a flair for production processes
• Quality in focus: Implementing and documenting quality and process requirements
• Participation: Active involvement in orders, good ideas for aids and fixtures
• Forward thinking: Continuously improving processes and living a Lean Management culture

• Completed training in the technical production field (e.g., polymechanic)
• Experience in production and leadership, preferably in regulated environments
• Business management know-how is an advantage
• Strong social skills: agogic knowledge is an advantage or willingness to further education
• High social competence for people with performance limitations in everyday work
