The Alterswohnen Muttenz Foundation offers elderly people a variety of tailored models for living, care, and nursing, creating a cozy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the Zum Park and Käppeli nursing and retirement homes with their 204 rooms, which have been organizationally merged.

• Care and support of our residents
• Setting priorities and acting accordingly in emergency situations
• Maintaining nursing reports and medical visits
• Collaboration with relatives, therapeutic staff, and physicians in the interest of the resident.
• Ensuring correct and complete documentation in Epdok
• Conducting and evaluating care needs assessments and care planning according to the RAI system
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support in implementing quality standards in nursing
• Participation in internal ward projects and the specialist area
• Active participation in meetings and training sessions

• You have completed training as a FaGe EFZ
• You love people and appreciate working with elderly individuals
• You enjoy a versatile, demanding, and responsible role.
