Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist for our internal warehouse to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. This key position involves effective and proactive management of internal logistics operations, in direct contact with our employees and customers.

The main tasks of this position:

• Management and processing of delivery notes (DN)
• Preparation and picking of orders
• Packaging and shipping of products
• Reception and customer service at the counter
• Support to other colleagues
• Active participation in continuous improvement projects to optimize our processes

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Logistics Specialist
• Good knowledge of the construction field is essential
• Forklift license required
• Strong skills in using SAP or a similar ERP
• Conscientious, dynamic, and organized person, capable of managing priorities
• Flexible and versatile, with a great capacity to adapt
• Knowledge of metal construction would be an appreciated asset
