What you can achieve
- Managing guardianships and custodianships according to the Swiss Civil Code in child and adult protection
- Advising, caring for, and supporting individuals and families in a legal context
- Income and asset management
- Protecting legal claims and representing clients in legal, administrative, and financial matters
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other agencies and authorities
- Working in a team of professional guardians and caseworkers
What distinguishes you for this role
- Completed studies in social work (FH/HFS), law, social pedagogy, psychology, or similar
- Experience in statutory social work and case management
- Broad basic legal knowledge or interest in acquiring it
- CAS "Case Management in Child and Adult Protection" is an advantage
- Expertise in social insurance
- Negotiation skills and fluency in oral and written expression
- Good IT skills (Word, KLIB)
- High social competence, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Driver's license category B available
