The Compliance + Data Protection team brings security and reliability to all areas of the company and ensures that laws and regulations are consistently complied with. Are you familiar with data protection law, enjoy complex issues, and provide competent and target-group-appropriate advice?
What you can achieve
- You advise and train employees from various areas of KPT on all data protection issues.
- You actively contribute to the policy framework for data protection and data security and ensure that it remains up-to-date and is implemented.
- With your legal expertise, you accompany projects and answer questions from the specialist departments clearly and competently.
- As the first point of contact, you confidently support the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and other responsible authorities.
- You care deeply about data protection and data security – during internal and external audits, you contribute to the seamless implementation of all requirements.
What sets you apart
- A professional or university degree lic.iur. or MLaw in law or a comparable qualification
- Solid training and further education in data protection
- Very good knowledge of common best practices, frameworks, and standards regarding data protection and data security
- Several years of professional experience as a lawyer or attorney in the field of data protection and ideally also in (social) insurance law
- Initial experience as a data protection advisor or in a comparable control function
