Your opportunity
As Head of IT and Processes, you take on a central role in the digital advancement of the BEREUTER Group. You are responsible for managing all IT activities as well as optimizing our business processes. In doing so, you work closely with management and make a significant contribution to achieving our strategic goals.
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of a group-wide IT and digitization strategy to promote corporate goals and future trends
- Leadership, monitoring, and coordination of demanding IT and digitization projects
- Ensuring the reliable operation of our networks, servers, hardware, and software including documentation with the relevant external parties
- Implementation and monitoring of security measures as well as compliance with legal requirements
- Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure process-oriented IT solutions and creation of documentation
- Leadership and further development of the IT team including employee training
- Analysis, standardization, and digitization of business processes to increase efficiency in cooperation with the CFO, management, and specialist departments
- Optimization and further development of processes, structures, and tools in the M365 environment
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in a leading IT role, ideally in an SME environment and knowledge of construction solutions
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and process management as well as contact person for networks and IT security
- Proven project experience in the introduction, optimization, and further development of processes, structures, and tools in the M365 environment
- Experience in project planning and cost controlling
- Solid knowledge in BI/MIS/Excel programming with AI/ML affinity
- Trustworthy, discreet, and solution-oriented
- Strong social skills and communication strength
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- High resilience and willingness for continuous further education
