• Gaining an understanding of the company’s operations and strategic goals.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel and, if necessary, to relocate temporarily
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, French is an advantage
