Your Profile
- Qualified nursing professional (AP, GKP, PFM, PFF, KP, KS)
- A motivating leadership style as well as an appreciative approach to residents and relatives
- Knowledge of SGB XI and the Self-Determination Strengthening Act Schleswig-Holstein
- Professional, organizational and economic management competence
