What we are looking for

We are addressing trained foot/insole specialists or retail specialists, preferably in the sports goods sector and with manual skills. You have a good feel for shapes and materials and are open to new digital technologies. You enjoy daily customer contact, remain calm in hectic times, and set clear priorities. In addition, you are a team player with enthusiasm and contribute to a good working atmosphere.

Your area of responsibility

From analysis to consultation to production – everything from your hand. You manufacture custom and sports insoles and make adjustments to insoles and shoes according to medical prescriptions. You have access to the latest work equipment. You assess customer needs and perform gait analyses and foot pressure measurements. You rely on medical prescriptions and coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists.
