About the job
We are looking for a
Diet Cook 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Management of the assigned station in the diet kitchen
- Mise en place at the respective station with a focus on the preparation of menu components for diet forms, nutritional therapy, and special diets
- When planning and developing new, trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to continually delight our guests
- You assist in carrying out internal and external events
- You take on partial assignments in the hot or cold kitchen and participate in product presentation
- You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks – teamwork is a matter of course with us
- Working days: Monday to Sunday
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a Cook EFZ or Diet Cook, EBA kitchen, or have a comparable gastronomic education
- You bring initial professional experience, ideally 2-4 years of experience, preferably in community catering
- Your passion for culinary arts, combined with a high quality standard, makes you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence, actively seeking solutions, taking responsibility, and keeping an overview even in hectic moments
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills in English or French (spoken and/or written) are an advantage
