Your tasks:
- Ensure the quality of hospitality and catering services for our client
- Strictly apply internal procedures (SOP) and hygiene standards
- Identify areas for improvement and propose optimizations
- Support catering teams and coordinate catering-related projects
- Write and update procedure guides and training documents
- Manage data, prepare reports, and follow up on various internal requests
- Assist internal contacts with their daily needs
Your profile:
- Mandatory training and at least 4 years of experience in F&B in excellence environments
- Hospitality school diploma is a plus
- Advanced French (level C2)
- Advanced English (level C1)
- Italian is an asset
- Mastery of food hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Proven experience in a similar role (hotel, collective catering, or hospitality)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of catering operations and service standards
- Experience in administrative assistance is a plus
- Excellent presentation
- Creativity, collaborative spirit, and service orientation
- Flexibility, sense of priorities, and ability to manage varied responsibilities
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and great rigor
- Ease in multicultural environments and customer satisfaction orientation
