About the job

• Plan and conduct teaching in didactics, mainly in the minor "Teaching and Counseling"
• Accompany students in teaching internships and supervise student work
• Acquire and conduct research projects focusing on vocational education at home and abroad
• Plan and conduct continuing education offerings in the field of didactics in vocational education
• Support internal didactic further training

• Master's degree in educational sciences / didactics or master's degree in vocational education with additional didactic qualification
• In-depth knowledge in the field of pedagogy and didactics
• Several years of teaching experience, ideally at the vocational education level
• Research experience and success in acquiring competitive third-party funding
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language; English skills for international projects

• Many contacts with young, eager people from all over the world who want to achieve something.
• Curiosity is required, and not just a little. And a lot of independence and personal responsibility.
• Lots of contact with people from Switzerland and around the world.
