The Park Retirement Home is located in the middle of the city of Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
- Co-responsibility for the best possible quality of care in the departments
- Support and advice for nursing teams in the further development of efficient, effective, and resident-oriented care as well as in the implementation of evidence-based care
- Assuming responsibility together with the nursing team in monitoring, caring for, and accompanying residents in demanding and complex care situations
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating foundations and concepts related to care and support
- Guidance, instruction, and coaching especially in challenging and complex care situations (teaching at the bedside)
- Leading and evaluating project and working groups for practice development
- Identifying training and continuing education needs and contributing to the creation of appropriate offerings
- Participation in external network and professional committees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with regular exchange regarding interfaces
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist at tertiary level and at least 2 years of professional experience
- Degree at HöFa II level, BScN, Master of Science in Nursing
- Further training in methodological didactics, coaching, counseling is desirable
- Good IT user skills MS Office, easyDOK)
- Very good RAI knowledge (further training as supervisor or expert)
