Everything converges at the Contact Center. As the first point of contact for all questions related to intellectual property, you are responsible for making a positive first impression through your friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Every day, you handle up to 200 calls, personally take care of customers, and perform all administrative tasks.

- Whether by email, phone, or on-site, you communicate fluently in German and French, preferably also in English and Italian.
- You welcome customers with or without appointments.
- You handle general intellectual property inquiries in collaboration with all divisions and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You assist users of our website and digital services.
- You navigate confidently in the Swissreg database.
- You provide information on deadlines, fees, and procedures in the various areas of intellectual property.
- You perform various administrative tasks, from processing correspondence to renting our daily parking spaces.
What Makes You Successful
What Makes You Successful
- Completed commercial training and several years of experience, ideally in customer service or administration.
- French or German as a native language and very good command of the other language.
- Good knowledge of English and/or Italian is an advantage.
- You master digital modalities and use various tools and systems with ease.
- You work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner.
- Customer orientation, initiative, and professionalism are obvious skills for you.
- You value good manners and dynamic contact with customers.
- You enjoy teamwork, bring dynamism, and show openness.
