The Nursing & Therapy Directorate of ZURZACH Care is expanding its specialist management team and is looking for a committed personality.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Therapy MSK/INO and the Head of Therapy Concepts, the 22 specialists at our locations, as well as the nursing management. You will bear the professional responsibility in the field of neurology for four of our locations and will be present at one of these locations about once a week. Additionally, you will be clinically active 20-40% in the treatment of patients in neurology at a location of your choice. Our rehabilitation clinics are located in Bad Zurzach, Baden, Baden-Dättwil, Basel, Lucerne, Braunwald, Zollikerberg, and Schlieren.

You bring this with you

- have a completed occupational therapy or physiotherapy education at tertiary level (MSc, MAS or in further training)
- have additional training or in-depth knowledge in the field of neurology
- have extensive professional experience, ideally in Swiss rehabilitation
- have experience in developing and implementing concepts
- are confident in using MS Office
- work structured, solution-oriented, and with foresight
- bring quality awareness and commitment
- have the courage to lead – both in everyday life and in projects or in the further development of processes
