Dispatcher - 100% (m/f/d)

• You plan and coordinate the deployments of our company-owned fleet with great overview and organizational talent – and assign transports to our subcontractors if needed.
• You ensure optimal daily route planning by keeping all requirements and specifications in view while always focusing on efficiency and costs.
• You make sure everything runs smoothly – from compliance with drivers' working and rest times to the punctual execution of transports.
• You are the communicative hub between drivers, customers, warehouse staff, and other internal interfaces.
• You work closely with our fleet manager regarding maintenance, malfunctions, or the availability of our vehicles.
• You take care of customs clearance, including the preparation of all necessary documents and registrations.
• You actively contribute to shop-floor management and the continuous improvement process (CIP), as your ideas are in demand!
• You help shape the future by participating in the further development and digitization of our transport processes.

• A completed education in transport logistics or comparable professional experience (e.g., freight forwarding clerk, logistics specialist, or road transport dispatcher) forms your foundation.
• You have several years of experience in vehicle dispatching in national and regional road transport – and know what matters.
• You are familiar with road transport regulations such as ARV, SVG, and LSVA – you operate confidently within the legal framework.
• You know the geography of Switzerland well – and if you also keep an overview in the neighboring foreign countries, that is a plus.
• You remain calm and solution-oriented even when things get hectic – last-minute changes do not throw you off track.
• You handle ERP systems, digital dispatch tools, and MS Office confidently – technology is a tool for you, not an obstacle.
• You enjoy daily interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams – communication is more than just information for you.
