WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
SHAPE THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE LIFE SCIENCES SECTOR- Advise customers in agile CSV: You support companies in the life sciences industry in implementing validation strategies for innovative software solutions.
- Take responsibility for validation and qualification projects: From conception to operational implementation, you lead validation and qualification projects and ensure their compliance.
- Build the bridge between IT, business & QM: You are the link between IT, departments, and quality management and ensure efficient collaboration.
- Develop business processes & technologies further: You analyze regulatory requirements, design business processes, and select suitable technologies to drive digital transformations forward.
- Coach & develop teams further: You support business and service development and coach junior consultants in projects.
- Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you assist with acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Education & experience: Completed studies with a focus on science or computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Industry knowledge: At least five years of experience in the life sciences environment, especially in the area of Computerized System Validation (CSV).
- Methodical competence: Profound knowledge in the validation and qualification of software solutions.
- Certificates: You have successfully completed or are ready to complete a certification as Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced.
- Analytical thinking: You work conceptually and structured with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication skills: You appear confident and customer-oriented and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
