Your tasks

You coordinate patient referrals in close consultation with the senior physicians and ward management.

You receive acute referrals from external hospitals and referrers such as general practitioners, emergency departments, or paramedics and triage them.

You record patient data in a computer system and carry out clarifications with insurance companies.

Additionally, you perform administrative tasks such as processing rejections from health insurance companies or obtaining cost approvals from health insurers.

Your profile

You have training in the nursing/medical field, e.g., as a certified nurse.

You have several years of professional experience and possess knowledge in the area of health insurance.

You enjoy advising and negotiating and have a high level of competence in these areas.

You have organizational talent and enjoy working independently and service-oriented.

You enjoy working with IT systems such as Polypoint, BC, RAP DIS, KIS.
