Your tasks:
- Execution of decontamination work in the controlled zone
- Coordination of decontamination work in the controlled zone during the annual overhaul
- Decontamination of rooms (plant parts and components)
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Occasional operation of the laundry
- Collecting and transporting zone waste and laundry
- Maintenance and repair of machines and equipment
- Loan of machines to internal and external personnel in the controlled zone, especially during the annual overhaul
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical profession
- Radiation protection assistant preferred
- Decontamination specialist preferred
- Several years of experience in decontamination in nuclear facilities preferred
- Physical resilience (regular work with protective suit and full mask)
- Willingness for occasional assignments (special, shift, and weekend assignments, mainly during the annual overhaul)
- Proficiency in German spoken and written, English preferred
- Systematic and reliable way of working
- Communicative, committed, flexible - team- and conflict-capable - good manners and social skills
