- Training and/or professional experience in caring for people with disabilities or in nursing
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Responsibility, humor, flexibility, and resilience
- Willingness for night standby duty and weekend shifts
- Up-to-date IT skills; driving license category B is an advantage
Your Tasks
- Accompanying people with support needs in their daily challenges and participation in the social local environment
- Professional support with personal care, getting up, dressing, eating, drinking
- Key worker duties and maintaining contact with relatives and legal guardians
- Implementing the goals from the "Development Support" concept
- Household tasks
